    The lack of change in Africa and India’s extreme poverty numbers indicates that a different kind of international development aid may be necessary than what has been in the works thus far.

    With approximately USD $50 Billion in illegal funds leaving the African continent each year (twice the amount of international development funds) a more effective approach is clearly necessary there.
