About the last one: for many of us, our lives are defined by our work; if this work does not allows us to develop our capacities then our lives are defined downwards. Hence: you’re not just a waitress – or better, you should not just be a waittress.
hmm I assumed it was satire, with the person chalking it in being the manager or something similar.Funny thing is, while sone people complain about being reduced about work, there are those who struggle for any recognition, accepting the concept of work being defining, but finding themselves unemployed
