  1. yet violations prevail – domestic violence in particular is only in very recent times getting serious consideration in western courts, including Britain! the only country that I know of who have equal rights and where women certainly are not discriminated for speaking up against a man, be it an employer, oppressor or aggressor, is Scandinavia!

  2. Maybe I’m just ignorant. But if you’ve ratified something, doesn’t that mean that you’ve signed it as well? This is interesting, but I’m slightly confused.
