One of your maps isn’t up to date- in 2005 the Supreme Court ruled (Roper v. Simmons) that it is unconstitutional to execute someone for crimes committed while he was younger than 18.
Thanks Susan, but the text under the map did mention the Roper case. I keep the map up as a historical record.
